Ingredients

  • 2 pizza bases (store-bought or homemade)

  • 3–4 tbsp Noosa Black Garlic - Caramelized Black Garlic Paste

  • 6–8 fresh figs, sliced (or dried figs if out of season)

  • 100 g prosciutto, torn into ribbons

  • 1–1½ cups mozzarella, torn or grated

Cheese Options (choose one or combine)

  • ½ cup goat’s cheese (soft, tangy)

  • ½ cup ricotta (light, creamy)

  • ½ cup Gorgonzola (bold, rich, slightly funky)

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Fresh thyme leaves

  • Fresh rocket, to serve

Method

1. Preheat

Preheat your oven to 250°C (or as high as it will go).
If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.


2. Build the base

Place the pizza bases onto trays or a floured surface.

Spread a generous layer of Noosa Black Garlic Caramelized Paste over each base — creating a rich, umami-packed foundation.


3. Add toppings

Layer over:

  • mozzarella

  • figs

  • your chosen cheese (goat’s cheese, ricotta or Gorgonzola)

4. Bake

5. Finish with prosciutto
