A Simple Gourmet Toast Featuring Noosa Black Garlic
Sometimes the simplest recipes are the most memorable.
This elegant Prosciutto & Black Garlic Toast brings together just a handful of premium ingredients - crisp sourdough, ripe tomatoes, silky prosciutto and the rich umami depth of Noosa Black Garlic Cloves.
Originally created by leading Melbourne chef Andrew McConnell and featured by Delicious Magazine Australia, this recipe is a beautiful example of letting quality produce shine.
The black garlic is gently rubbed onto warm toasted bread, melting into the surface and delivering a subtle sweetness that perfectly balances the saltiness of prosciutto and the freshness of tomato.
