The Ultimate 3-Ingredient Entertaining Appetiser
Warm, gooey and irresistibly indulgent, this Baked Brie with Caramelized Black Garlic is one of the easiest yet most impressive appetisers you can make.
A wheel of creamy brie is filled with Noosa Black Garlic Caramelised Black Garlic Paste, then baked until perfectly soft and molten. As the cheese warms, the sweet umami depth of black garlic melts into the brie, creating an incredibly rich and savoury flavour.
Wrap the brie in prosciutto or bacon for an extra layer of salty crispness, or keep it simple with just the cheese and black garlic.
Perfect for cheese boards, festive entertaining, grazing platters or a cosy night in with friends.
