Serves: Makes approximately 250–500 g compound butter


Ingredients

  • 2–3 Noosa Black Garlic Cloves, mashed

  • 250–500 g high-quality butter, softened

  • Pinch of sea salt


Method

1. Mash the black garlic

Place the Noosa Black Garlic Cloves in a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth and paste-like.


2. Mix the butter

Add the softened butter and mash thoroughly until the black garlic is evenly incorporated.


3. Season

Add a pinch of sea salt, adjusting to taste.


4. Shape the butter

Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap or baking paper.

Roll into a log shape and twist the ends to seal.


5. Chill

Place the butter in the refrigerator until firm.


Serve
