Ingredients

2–3 bunches Dutch carrots, tops trimmed and peeled

50 g butter, melted

Noosa Black Garlic Honey, for drizzling

Feta cheese (we used Yarra Valley Salted Cow), crumbled
Method
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Arrange the carrots
Place the peeled carrots in a roasting dish or baking tray.
Arrange them in a single layer for even roasting.
3. Add the flavour
Drizzle the carrots with melted butter, followed by a generous drizzle of Noosa Black Garlic Honey.
Season with Noosa Black Garlic Salt.
Toss gently to coat.
4. Roast the carrots
Place the dish into the oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, until the carrots are tender and lightly caramelised.
5. Finish and serve
Remove the carrots from the oven and scatter over crumbled feta cheese.
Serve immediately while warm.
