Method
1. Create the wreath base
Place a small bowl in the centre of a large serving plate.
This will help create the wreath shape.
2. Arrange the basil
Layer the fresh basil leaves around the bowl in a circular shape, ensuring the wreath looks full and vibrant.
3. Add the tomatoes and cheese
Scatter the baby tomatoes evenly over the basil.
Add the baby bocconcini, spacing them evenly around the wreath.
4. Finish with black garlic
Drizzle the salad generously with Noosa Black Garlic Caramelised Black Garlic Paste.
Follow with a light drizzle of Noosa Black Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Serve
Remove the bowl from the centre and serve immediately.
