Why Black Garlic Works Here
This dish is all about contrast:
- Prawn cracker coating → light, crispy, airy
- Prawns → juicy, sweet
- Black Garlic Salt → savoury, umami finish
- Black Garlic Aioli → rich, creamy, deeply flavoured
The black garlic elevates the entire dish — adding a subtle sweetness and complexity that keeps you coming back for more.
Pro Tip
Crush the prawn crackers finely but not too powdery — you want a light, delicate crunch, not a heavy coating.
The Takeaway
Crispy, golden, and completely addictive.
This is Noosa Black Garlic seafood at its best — simple, elevated, and guaranteed to impress.
